What Is Vulvodynia?
Vulvodynia (vul-voe-DIN-e-uh) is chronic pain or discomfort around the opening of your vagina (vulva) for which there’s no identifiable cause and which lasts at least three months. The pain, burning or irritation associated with vulvodynia can make you so uncomfortable that sitting for long periods or having sex becomes unthinkable. The condition can last for months to years (Mayo Clinic).

In order to promote healing of the body and the mind, I take into account psychology, sexuality, nervous system regulation, lymphatics, biomechanics, and biochemistry.
I combine my knowledge on the female body, mind and nervous system with also the energetic aspect of it. So on one hand, I am very science-driven, but I also understand there is an energetic component that needs to be taken into account too. Through my holistic lenses, I help women break-free from vaginal pain and create a new lease on life.
My work has allowed many women who suffered from sexual abuse, vulvodynia, vaginismus and a variety of sexual challenges to start feeling safe in their own body and experiencing life and sexuality to the fullest, as well as healing desadaptive patterns and re-emerging with a new identity.
My own struggle with sexual trauma, depression, anxiety, C-PTSD, and chronic pain made me eager to learn everything needed to heal the mind, body, and spirit to break free from the cycle of helplessness and live a fulfilling life, and so I put together the Vulvodynia Release to help you achieve the same and live a life free of pain so you can thrive and connect deeply to your own body and sexuality.
